When I had my Bronco, year back, the switch for the brights was on the floor, by your left foot. This was great, since your foot was always right there and it was easy to turn off and on. I wonder why more (non-stick) vehicles don't do this. I think it was a great design. I thought about this as I was driving back from downtown. We have no street lights, winding roads and deer. So, having the brights on is essential, but when cars are coming you need to turn them off.. then back on when they pass. Much more user friendly when it's at your foot.
